ANDREW L. GASPARRO - PRESIDENT
Mr. Gasparro is a founder of Landmark and has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and environmental consulting. He is a Venture Capitalist who has held management positions with well known financial institutions such as Bear Stearns and Whales Securities. Under his executive leadership Landmark has acquired multiple multi-million dollar remediation projects in NYC and hired over 45 employees and expanded locations. Mr. Gasparro has a B.S. in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude, and is very active in standardising remediation protocols and legislation with top environmental agencies in New York State.
MR. PAUL MCGAHA - CERTIFIED HARZARDOUS MATERIAL MANAGER
(B.S. IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE)
With over 27 years in Environmental Consulting. Mr. Mcgaha has performed over 250 Phase I Environmental Assessments and is an expert in the field of real estate due diligence. He was a member of the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) and has developed several hazardous materials storage programs for both New York and New Jersey.
